The Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD) is a significant global initiative. It aims to establish a comprehensive framework for reporting and managing inequality and social-related issues. By fostering greater transparency, the TISFD seeks to guide investment and decision-making towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Your Role as Engagement Analyst
As the Engagement Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the TISFD’s external engagement. You will be instrumental in expanding and strengthening our network of diverse global stakeholders. This includes key players such as investors, businesses, civil society organizations, policymakers, and academic institutions. Your contributions will directly support the Taskforce’s core mission of promoting accountability and driving positive social change.
Key Responsibilities in Detail
- Building the TISFD Alliance: You will proactively identify and engage potential new members for the TISFD Alliance. Furthermore, you will clearly articulate the value and impact of joining this crucial initiative. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries. Finally, you will efficiently manage the application and seamless onboarding processes for new members.
- Strategic Stakeholder Relationship Management: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our central stakeholder relationship management system. This system utilizes HubSpot CRM. Consequently, you will meticulously track interactions and segment stakeholders for targeted communication. Moreover, you will leverage data insights to continuously refine and enhance our engagement strategies.
- Coordination of Global Events: You will take ownership of the planning and execution of various global events. These events will include virtual webinars, interactive workshops, and potentially in-person convenings. This involves comprehensive management of all logistical aspects. Additionally, you will liaise effectively with speakers and partner organizations. Furthermore, you will ensure smooth technical execution for all virtual events. Finally, you will manage participant engagement and follow-up diligently.
- Providing Essential Operational Support: You will deliver vital operational support to the TISFD Secretariat’s engagement activities on a daily basis. This includes expertly managing the TISFD central inbox. Moreover, you will draft compelling newsletters and various communication materials. Additionally, you will conduct thorough due diligence on prospective partner organizations. Finally, you will prepare clear and concise meeting minutes and summaries to facilitate effective internal coordination and knowledge sharing.
What Skills and Experience You Will Bring
- A relevant advanced university degree (Master’s level) with a minimum of two (2) years of pertinent professional experience. Alternatively, a first-level university degree (Bachelor’s level) with at least four (4) years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, partnership development, external relations, communications, and/or event planning within the public, private, or non-profit sectors.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully building and nurturing strong, productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across different sectors.
- Proven experience in effectively managing contact databases and utilizing CRM systems. Prior experience with HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to articulate complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Full professional fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Desired Additional Skills and Experiences
Prior experience working within multi-stakeholder initiatives is highly advantageous. Furthermore, familiarity with core principles of corporate sustainability will be beneficial. Moreover, demonstrated experience in planning and executing international events is strongly preferred. Finally, proven proficiency in drafting high-quality reports and communication materials for diverse audiences will be a significant asset.
